Who among all the candidates running for Arizona Governor will discuss this important subject in a public forum?

Aztlanderos – A Deluded and Dangerous Brotherhood By Al Garza, Published by The Christian News, November 2012 Too few U.S. citizens realize there is a virtually unrecognized violent faction of pro-Palestinian anti-U.S. activists plotting and laboring to overthrow the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, and eventually, according to some who follow the […]

No Elected Official Can be Trusted By Aaron Cantor ~ February 24th, 2014 @ 12:40 By Aaron Cantor USAF (ret) WASHINGTON (AP) — The explosive politics of health care have divided the nation, but America’s governors, Republicans and Democrats alike, suggest that President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul is here to stay. Health Care Law’s Achilles Heel? A Growing Legal Morass

There are a number of well-kept secrets about the health care law, but I think the increasing legal morass has become the most important. “Morass” is a negative word: A growing number of citizens, businesses, and the state of Oklahoma have turned to the court system to seek relief. This means Americans are – or […]

“I went to the Wagoner County GOP monthly meeting on Thursday night to see what Barresi could possibly say to defend or sell Common Core to the public. Luckily, this was a group of very informed, anti-common core voters who had done their research. She spent a good 30 minutes on “fake fluff” – really avoiding the details of Common Core and speaking in generalities on how great it was. I could tell the audience wasn’t falling for the usual politician talk. We were asked to write questions down and submit them to be answered to keep the crowd under control since this is a very controversial topic.

NEGOP: Help us understand how you differ from Democrats

I am in receipt of your recent Chairman’s Report update, and would like to report an injury; I have some bruising of the chin area, sustained when my jaw hit the floor from incredulity. This from the state Republican Party chairman whose senators own a super majority in the legislature, the same legislature that is about to pass without serious debate, challenge, or objection, a huge increase in the Nebraska Medicaid entitlement program?

Pelosian Economics: Medicaid Expansion as Fiscal Stimulus

Supporters of LB577, the bill that would expand Medicaid in Nebraska, argue that expansion will result in an economic boom due to the infusion of approximately $3.5 billion in “free” federal tax dollars. Specifically, they predict at least $700 million annually in new economic activity, which could finance at least […]

LB577: Nebraska’s Unaffordable Care Act

Governor Heineman has vocally opposed the expansion of Medicaid in Nebraska on the ground that it is unaffordable. At the risk of exposing the cynical side of my nature, it seems obvious to me that the governor’s stance on the issue inspired the proponents’ strategy to get LB577 passed. The strategy? To push Medicaid expansion… more
