Lions of Liberty Interview: Battling the Surveillance State

I recently appeared on the Lions of Liberty podcast  – Felony Friday edition – to talk about how we can fight government surveillance at the local level.

Since it was Felony Friday, we had to talk about the lawsuit the city of Lexington, Ky., filed against me in an attempt to keep information about police surveillance cameras a secret. But the lawsuit is really part of a broader story – the ever-growing surveillance network in the United States, and how we can take it on at the local level. As I told John, stopping unchecked surveillance in your own backyard can have an impact on the federal surveillance state.

But before we even get into all that, we hit two other very important topics –  ice hockey and Donald Trump.
