A National Constitution?

Do we have a “national” Constitution? The historical establishment would have you believe it.

According to a new book on Daniel Webster, the Constitution was always a “national” document, and Webster simply tried to make that clear during his long legal career. But, what if Webster was attempting to foist his incorrect interpretation of the founding on America? What if Webster’s “national” Constitution, and not the “compact fact” of the document, is the real lie?

I discuss in this episode of The Brion McClanahan Show.
