That’s one caveat that SPLC has been putting in their yearly list of “dangerous” groups. TAC has been there for years, and I see we’re listed once again. LewRockwell.com is new on the list, and antiwar advocate Scott Horton has yet to make it.

A few years ago, I got my own personal page at SPLC, and it still ranks pretty highly on Google:
Michael Boldin is an ideologue who has spent years promoting the idea that states can “nullify” federal legislation they don’t like — the very same argument pushed by defenders of slavery and segregation, and just as baseless now as it was then.
It’s almost silly, as we’ve been talking – for years – about how nullification was used AGAINST slavery in the 19th Century. But they just ignore facts. And just this month in The Nation, Eric Foner also pointed out that Wisconsin nullified the Fugitive Slave Act. I’m sure he won’t make the list next year, unless he advocates using that power to reject war, or gun control, or surveillance – instead of just federal immigration law.
