Don’t Trust the Feds to Police Themselves

According to a report in The Intercept:

the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, is down to just a single voting member — which means it has been stripped of nearly all its powers

But concern over this is really based on a false notion. That is, the federal government should be trusted to police itself.

That’s totally opposite of what founders like James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams – and so many others – told us to do.
