First the Budget, Then More Federal Gun Control

Today, Jeff Sessions issued a statement announcing that the DOJ is officially putting together regulations to ban bump stocks.

In a statement, Sessions said the U.S. Justice Department is proposing to amend the rules by clarifying that bump stocks fall within the definition of a “machine gun” under federal law.

The DOJ says if the proposal is made final, bump-stock-type devices would be effectively banned under federal law and current holders of bump-stock-type devices would be required to surrender, destroy, or otherwise render the devices permanently inoperable.

The timing is amazing – not even hours after the President said he will sign a wildly unconstitutional omnibus budget bill, the AG is giving us wildly unconstitutional federal gun control.

These people are more and more dangerous by the day. This is why we need to reject, resist and nullify at every turn possible.

Interestingly enough, a lot of liberals like to tell me “no one is coming for your guns, or ammunition, or accessories…”

Well, that’s not entirely true. The Trump administration is.
