Michael Moore is giving away his money in 3, 2, 1…ummm, 2, 3, 4…

Still waiting…

Your money doesn’t belong to you. If you’re “rich”, however rich is defined these days (on the left, seems anyone with more than you is “rich”), that money is a natural resource that belongs to everybody [emphasis mine];

“We’re not broke.  This country is not broke.  The state of Wisconsin is not broke.  There is a ton of cash.  Trillions of dollars of it.  But it is a finite amount.  What’s happened is we’ve allowed a vast majority of that cash to be concentrate in the hands of just a few people.  And they’re not circulating that cash.  They’re sitting on the money, they’re using it for their own — they’re putting it someplace else with no interest in helping you with your life, with that money. We’ve allowed them to take that. That’s not theirs, that’s a national resource, that’s ours. We all have this — we all benefit from this or we all suffer as a result of not having it.”

There’s a shorter version of the video here, thanks to Allahpundit. I mean, how much Michael Moore do you really want to see anyway?

Funny thing, Moore’s estimated worth of around $25 to 50 million I would think qualifies him to be a “giver”. And he wants more still;

…we’re getting reports that Michael Moore is suing his producers, Bob and Harvey Weinstein for profits from his movie “Fahrenheit 9/11.” Michael Moore made $21 million on the film, but apparently this is not enough. Michael Moore believes in taking from the rich and giving to the poor…..and apparently, he considers himself poor. he needs another $2.7 million. as anyone can see, this goes right along with Moore’s theme of stopping capitalists from gaining too much money, and redistributing their wealth. All sarcasm aside, this puts Michael Moore in the same category as the profit-loving, greedy CEOs that he pretends to hate. if his socialism is predicated on the idea that some people don’t have enough, and others have too much, why is Michael Moore quibbling over $2.7 million?

Why quibble? Because he’s worse than the supposedly “greedy rich” he purports to hate. Why worse? Because he’s a hypocrite on top of being greedy.

You can put in for your share of Michael Moore’s cash here.
