Missouri Action Alert: Help Nullify Marijuana Prohibition, Support HJR57, SB762 and SJR29

Missouri HJR57 and SB762 would legalize recreational marijuana. SJR29 would legalize marijuana for medical use. Passage of any would further nullify unconstitutional federal prohibition in practice within the state. Each of these bills were pre-filed for the 2016 legislative year, and have yet to receive an official committee assignment.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS to support these important bills.

1. Contact your State Senator. Strongly, but respectfully urge them to cosponsor and support SB762 and SJR29. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email, so make sure to take a few minutes to call.
