OSHA Is Not Regulating “Commerce”

I have asserted that OSHA is an unconstitutional federal agency. I’ve gotten some pushback from folks who say it is authorized by the “commerce clause.” But this is a complete misunderstanding of the meaning of the word “commerce” in the Constitution.
