According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Tenth Amendment Center is an “extremist” organization. Of course, judging by what the mainstream has gotten us, that’s probably not such a bad thing.
The only reason we’re seeing almost all of the presidential candidates from both parties talking about the 10th amendment and states being able to determine their own marijuana policy is because the people and then the states acted without first getting federal permission.
