Nebraska Bill Would Ban State Enforcement of Federal Gun Control

Titled the “Second Amendment Preservation Act,” the bill would prohibit state agencies and law enforcement officers from enforcing a federal statute, order, rule, or regulation purporting to regulate a firearm, a firearm accessory, or firearm ammunition that “does not exist under the laws of this state,” except to comply with an order of a court.

Alaska Bill Would Set the Stage to Treat Gold and Silver as Money

A bill introduced in the Alaska House would exempt gold and silver bullion from the state sales tax and make both legal tender in the state.
