19 year Old Boy Suspect: Why does Boston Celebrate Martial Law with Chants of ‘USA, USA’?

"In what looked more like an post-game celebration following a Boston Celtics NBA championship, or a Red Sox World Series victory - major media reported the communal outpouring of national pride where resident could be seen with painted faces, brandishing American flags, and heard shouting 'USA, USA'. How did Friday become such a huge ‘patriotic moment’ for the people of Boston? Was this some kind of victory for America? ‘The Situation Room', in typical Hollywood fashion, informed the people of New England that they 'owed a debt of gratitude to federal and local law enforcement officers and officials'." Peter King calls for “increased surveillance” of Muslims after Boston

"Rep. Peter King, the Chair of the House subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence and the mastermind behind hearings on the radicalization of Muslim-Americans, argued Friday that in the wake of the Boston bombings, law enforcement should increase surveillance in Muslim communities. 'We can’t be bound by political correctness,' he continued. 'I think we need more police and more surveillance in the communities where the threat is coming from, whether it’s the Irish community with the Westies [an Irish-American gang in New York City], or the Italian community with the mafia, or the Muslim community with the Islamic terrorists.'" SWAT Army Occupies Boston

"What is particularly relevant here, and chilling from my point of view, is an observation Jeff Snyder makes in his powerful book, 'Nation of Cowards.' Snyder talks about the change that takes place, that must take place, in the psyche of a person who is protected by others as a matter of routine. He accepts that protection in exchange for some portion of his own sense of personal responsibility. As a result, he can often be more easily controlled by those protectors. We're well on our way." Sore Loser

"Obummer hasn't let the fact that Congress stymied his evisceration of the Second Amendment to daunt him. 'Even without Congress,' this shameless dictator confessed [emphasis added], 'my administration will keep doing everything it can to protect more of our communities.' 'The Health and Human Services Department on Friday was beginning to ask for public comment on how the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, passed by Congress in 1996 and known as HIPAA, is preventing some states from reporting to the background check system and how to address the problem.' Obummer has vowed to 'fix' that 'problem.'" Continue reading

8th Grader Arrested, Suspended for NRA ‘Protect Your Right’ T-Shirt With Image of Gun

"An eighth grade student from West Virginia has been arrested, suspended and faces charges for wearing an NRA T-shirt with the image of a firearm and the words 'Protect Your Right' printed on it to school. 'I never thought it would go this far because honestly I don’t see a problem with this. There shouldn’t be a problem with this,' Marcum told WOWK-TV. Police confirmed that Marcum had been arrested and faced charges of obstruction and disturbing the education process after getting into an argument over the shirt with a teacher at Logan Middle School, which is south of Charleston." David Galland: The True Import of the Boston Bombings

"Unfortunately, what has been seriously injured – once again – is American freedom, as authorities begin unwrapping all the new homeland security powers constructed since 9/11. Just as it is impossible to predict the price of gold tomorrow, it is impossible to gauge how the government will respond, or how much collateral damage will be done. Who could have predicted, after 9/11 – an act committed by Saudis and Pakistanis – that the US would attack Iraq? What appears clear, at least to me, is that the very nature of terrorism and the invariable reaction of the nation-state being attacked set the stage for bad, bad days for liberty." Continue reading

Fedcoats & Presstitutes Exploit Americans’ Ignorance With ‘Boston Massacre’ Propaganda

At present the Boston Massacre label is being used to invoke a sort of uniting of the nation behind the increasingly unpopular federal government as against the more private form of violent criminals who seek to deprive Americans of life, liberty, and property. The Boston Massacre is a keyword that most Americans will recognize from their Revolutionary period history classes and therefore identify with in a symbolic way. However, the current promotion of the marathon bombing as some sort of a 'Boston Massacre II' is so removed from the context of the original as to strain credulity. Continue reading

Thousands of heavily armed police swarm Boston town in bombing suspect manhunt

"Thousands of heavily armed police went door-to-door through a Massachusetts town on Friday in an unprecedented massive hunt for the remaining Boston marathon bombing fugitive. Authorities halted all public bus and train services in the Boston region and told hundreds of thousands of people in several towns around Watertown to stay home in a bid to isolate the suspect. Inhabitants were ordered to remain in their homes and only answer the door if they were sure it was a police officer. More than 9,000 police, many armed with shotguns and automatic rifles, were sent to the town to find Suspect Two." Continue reading

Supreme Court strikes down warrantless blood tests in DUI cases

"Police following up on drunk driving investigations will no longer be able to draw their suspect’s blood without a court order authorizing the search, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday. In a 5-4 decision, with Justices Sonya Sotomayor, Antonin Scalia, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony Kennedy and Elena Kagan making up the majority, the court ruled that the natural expiration of alcohol in the bloodstream does not constitute 'destruction of evidence,' which would otherwise give officers cause for a warrantless search."
