Florida House Subcommittee Passes Bill to Allow Permitless Concealed Carry in the State

Under the proposed law, persons over 21 would be able to carry a firearm without a permit in Florida. The state would maintain its concealed carry licensing process for those who wish to get a permit in order to carry in other states that maintain CCDW reciprocity with Florida.

Constitutional Carry Bills Filed in Minnesota Senate

Both bills would allow anyone legally allowed to own a gun could carry it in public places not otherwise prohibited by law without a state-issued permit, though they would still be able to apply for one if they want to enjoy CCDW reciprocity with other states.

Constitutional Carry Bill Filed in Minnesota

Permitless Concealed Carry Bill Filed in Nebraska

Now in Effect: Indiana Permitless Carry Law
