Missouri Bill Would Legalize Psilocybin for Medical Use Despite Federal Prohibition

The legislation would amend existing state law by allowing the use of psilocybin by qualifying patients for medicinal and therapeutic purposes, including, but not limited to, the provision of physical, mental, or behavioral health care.
