Police Are More Dangerous To The Public Than Are Criminals

"The American public is too brainwashed to be able to defend itself. Consider the fact that cops seldom face any consequence when they murder citizens. We never hear cops called 'citizen killer.' But if a citizen kills some overbearing cop bully, the media go ballistic: 'Cop killer, cop killer.' The screaming doesn’t stop until the cop killer is executed. As long as a brainwashed public continues to accept that cop lives are more precious than their own, citizens will continue to be brutalized and murdered by police psychopaths." Continue reading

Police Bullets Hit Bystanders, and Questions Rise Yet Again

"The shooting on Saturday was the first time bystanders had been hit in 2013, the police said. During the same period in 2012, 13 bystanders were wounded, including 9 in the shooting near the Empire State Building. The same rules governing officers’ use of weapons apply to all settings, including densely crowded streets or inside buildings, policing experts said. 'Just because you’re in Times Square doesn’t mean you can’t use deadly physical force if you believe that it’s necessary,' said John C. Cerar, a retired deputy inspector who was the commander of the Police Department’s firearms training. 'But you have to believe that it’s really necessary.'" Continue reading

NYPD shoot at man with finger gun, hit elderly woman with walker, others

"Two bystanders were shot by New York police officers who were trying to subdue what NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly called 'an emotionally disturbed man.' 'This individual was blocking traffic and appeared to be attempting to be hit by cars when a police officer on foot patrol attempted to take him into custody in the intersection,' Com. Kelly said. At that time, according to a witness who spoke toThe Daily News, the unidentified man started 'pretending that he had a gun' and 'aimed it at the cops.' The cops fired three shots, none of which hit the suspect. However, an unidentified 54-year-old woman in a walker was struck in the right leg, and a 35-year-old woman was grazed in the buttocks." Charlotte police kill man running to them for help

"Police in North Carolina shot and killed a man running toward them Saturday morning -- but he may have just been looking for help after a car wreck. Officers responded to a 'breaking and entering' 911 call at a home in Charlotte. The homeowner told dispatchers that a man had been knocking on her door repeatedly. Police say that when they got to the scene, a man matching the caller's description ran toward them. One of the officers fired his stun gun, but it was 'unsuccessful.' Another officer then opened fire, police said. Jonathan Ferrell died at the scene. He was shot several times. He was unarmed. Police now believe Ferrell was seeking assistance after crashing his car." Continue reading

Legal loophole allows new belt-fed AR-15 that sprays bullets

"A new belt-fed AR-15 military-style assault rifle can fire rounds as fast as fully-automatic machine guns — and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) says that a legal loophole means that the gun is perfectly legal in the United States. CNN reported this week that Texas-based Slide Fire’s new SFS BFR semiautomatic rifle would be available this fall for $6,000. The weapon can potentially hold thousands of rounds of ammunition because it is fed by a belt instead of a traditional magazine. And according to Shooting Times, the company’s special stock uses the rifle’s recoil to trigger the next round, resulting in a possible fire rate of 800 rounds per minute." Continue reading

High School AP History Book Rewrites 2nd Amendment

"Guyer High School (and obviously several others) are complicit in attempting to condition students to interpret the 2nd Amendment in a clearly opposite manner in which it was intended. This textbook, currently being used by Guyer High School, is attempting to redefine the Second Amendment to impressionable young minds. Parents, you must speak up and demand action. Investigate your child’s history book ASAP, and post more pictures in the comments below. Call your school and demand that revisionist history books like this are removed from the school district." Sheriff defies NY Safe Act; will not release pistol permit holders’ names

"Cayuga County Sheriff David Gould said he has no intention of releasing names and addresses of pistol permit holders as required under the NY SAFE Act legislation. The gun control law states that the name and address of a pistol permit holder 'shall be a public record' unless the holder files an opt-out form with the county sheriff's office. But Gould said the requirement intruded on law-abiding gun owners' privacy while helping the bad guys. His comments came a week after Oswego County Sheriff Reuel Todd joined a lawsuitto declare the SAFE Act unconstitutional, citing its bans on certain guns classified as assault weapons and ammunition magazines with too many rounds." Illinois Supremes issue major affirmation of 2nd Amendment

"The Illinois Supreme Court today ruled unanimously that a section of state gun law violated the constitutional right to keep and bear arms, and affirmed that this right extends outside the home. The ruling constitutes another victory for gun rights in a state that was, until the ruling by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in SAF’s Moore v. Madigan case, the last holdout on concealed carry. The federal court had given Illinois lawmakers 180 days to fix it, and many were dragged kicking and screaming into adopting carry statute earlier this summer. The case of Illinois v. Alberto Aguilar challenged a section of the law that prohibited carrying firearms outside the home." Continue reading

Obamacare will question your sex life

"'Are you sexually active? If so, with one partner, multiple partners or same-sex partners?' Be ready to answer those questions and more the next time you go to the doctor, whether it’s the dermatologist or the cardiologist and no matter if the questions are unrelated to why you’re seeking medical help. And you can thank the Obama health law. Doctors and hospitals who don’t comply with the federal government’s electronic-health-records requirements forgo incentive payments now; starting in 2015, they’ll face financial penalties from Medicare and Medicaid. The Department of Health and Human Services has already paid out over $12.7 billion for these incentives." Continue reading
