Five Texas Cities Vote to Decriminalize Marijuana Despite Federal Cannabis Prohibition

The new city ordinances in Denton, San Marcos, Killeen, Elgin and Harker Heights prohibit city police from issuing citations or making arrests for Class A or Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
