Minnesota Bill Would Establish State Process to End Qualified Immunity
The legislation would create a cause of action in state courts to sue a police officer who subjects or causes to be subjected any individual to a deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Minnesota constitution or the U.S. Constitution.
