A video crossed my desk, put out by Congressman Darrell Issa’s office. It’s making the rounds on Facebook, and was covered very succinctly here about Border Patrol Agent and former Marine Brian Terry.
Terry was killed in action at his post in the Arizona desert in December 2010 by some of the same weapons allowed by Obama’s administration into the hands of the drug cartels who rage along the US border with Mexico (see Operation Gunrunner and Fast and Furious).
Brian Terry was also honored by Act of Congress;
WASHINGTON, DC – House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) today released a video – “Brian Terry: Semper Fidelis & Honor First” – to honor U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who lost his life on December 15, 2010 after being shot in the line of duty in Rio Rico, AZ. Chairman Issa introduced the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act of 2011 last week to rename the Bisbee, AZ Border Patrol station in honor of Agent Terry.
Agent Terry, you stand relieved.
Godspeed.
