We want fewer federal “laws” enforced. Not more.

We want FEWER federal “laws” enforced. Not more.

Thousands and thousands of these federal “laws” are on the books. No one in their right mind wants the executive branch to enforce them all.

Unless, of course, they hate the Constitution – because a vast majority of these “laws” have no authority under the constitution.

The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it in the courts.

Tenth Amendment Center

The Tenth Amendment Center is a national think tank that works to preserve and protect the principles of strictly limited government through information, education, and activism. The center serves as a forum for the study and exploration of state and individual sovereignty issues, focusing primarily on the decentralization of federal government power as required by the Constitution.
