Why National Security Letters are Unconstitutional

On March 22, 2017, Electronic Frontier Foundation Staff Attorney Andrew Crocker presented oral arguments in our case, Under Seal v. Jefferson Sessions, at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In this clip, Crocker explains why the FBI’s use of national security letters violates the First Amendment.
