Oklahoma Bill Takes on Asset Forfeiture, Closes Federal Loophole
OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 24, 2017) – A bill prefiled in the Oklahoma Senate would reform the state’s asset forfeiture laws by eliminating civil forfeiture and providing for a jury trial.
