Amniotic Multipotential Tissue Matrix

AmnioMTM™ is a cropreserved amnion allograft, derived from the placenta of live, healthy donors. The human placenta, besides playing a critical and fundamental role in fetal development, nutrition and protection, represents a significant source of growth factors, cytokines, and other essential fetal healing elements.

AmnioMTM™ provides a three dimensional extracellular matrix (ECM), which acts as a natural scaffold for cellular attachment in the body. The ECM houses and provides structural support to cells while regulating cell adhesion, cell division, cell differentiation, and cell migration.

Amniotic allografts have been scientifically documented and clinically proven to be efficacious in a wide array of surgical applications ranging from: anti-adhesion, anti-inflammatory barrier in spinal laminectomies, ocular surface reconstruction, dental bony defects and wound care management.

 Studies have indicated that the following growth factors have been identified to be present within the amniotic membrane:

o Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Transforming Growth Factor (TGF-β), Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF), Platelet Derived Growth Factor A&B (PDGF A&B).

The Arizona Sentinel

In an interview a few years ago, while running for Governor, Bruce Olsen said, "We are running out of time. I’m convinced I can work with other governors to save our Republic.
