I know , I said I was done, but I have to share this information with all of you. What you do with it is entirely up to you. With all the challenges facing Americans. At the end of the day what can you and I really do. Our currency is next to worthless, and more and more government agencies are coming after more of what is left every day. And if your paying any attention at all, you recognize that there are more on the receiving end than on the producing end. That is not by accident I might add. So our challenge ,as I see it, is to find ways to leave more of our pretax dollars here at home. And to find technics and products that save money,go further, and do a better job in the process. The following is how we are doing it in our household, and believe me its working .
First we looked at our cost of energy in the home. Historically , I just paid the elect bill and that was the end of it. Not any more. Last month we used exactly half the electricity that we used in the same month one year ago. In doing the math, I saved fifty-eight dollars $58.00, and that was just in the first full month. Our ultimate goal is to get completely off of the corp grid. Look at your elect bill, study all the line items, it makes your hair hurt. And with coal fired plants being shut down every week, its going to ,as Obama clearly stated during his first campaign, his efforts regarding coal were going to cause major increases in the cost of energy and they are.
What have we done and whats in the future. Well first,we installed a solar panel system, awesome,easy and my recovery rate is estimated at two years. We also installed a wind generator, we could use some wind !!!! but my recovery period on it is expected to be three years. I plan to pull the meter in 24 months. Done,goodbye, KMA and cyanara.
Second , several months ago thru a friend in Oklahoma. I was introduced to a company that has a multitude of amazing products. These products are not even comparable to products at the store , they are higher quality,go further, do a better job and best of all they are delivered to your door. Thanks to UPS. In short, we are saving more of what the governments are leaving us with. I refer to it as a pay raise. I’ve asked my wife to put in her two cents also and here it is:
We have been members of Melaleuca for the past six months. I started off by buying cleaning products and taking advantage of the great pantry packs and loyalty bucks. By the second month I was hooked. I love the fact that they are all natural,concentrated,no fumes to take my breath away, and they work!!!!!
My first favorite was the dishwasher soap. Our water is loaded with lime/calcium, previously our dishes came out of the dishwasher with a nasty film. Not any more, and I use half the soap and no more Jet Dry for me. My silverware looks brand new. None of that soap film on the spoons. My family and friends thought I was crazy when I started giving them dish soap, not any more. The laundry products clean and make our clothes smell fresh. I have yet to have a stain that the PreSpot did not completely remove. My dishwasher and clothes washer are wow clean and smell great. And I no longer have the toxic cleaning fumes,what a relief that is.
I then branched out to Bath and Body items. Bruce and I both really like the Renew body and bath lotion. We currently live in Arizona, we are at 6500 feet and see a lot of sunshine. This moisturizer really works and it doesnt cost a whole paycheck. It is a fresh clean scent that even my man enjoys. Oh, and the shampoo is amazing.
( My interject) A few months ago I had a physical , as we were wrapping up , I showed the doc the hide on my arms, I said,”look doc Im dying, my hide looks like an alligator” he told me to get over it, your old, he said” . Well Ive got news for him the next time i see him. Renew, fixed it, I know longer look like or feel like a tanned alligator hide”.

I am now in the process of replacing my cosmetics. I love the Mascara, I actually have eye lashes again. The Affinia Facial Moisturizer is great and it has a SPF 15 sun protection,(non toxic). All the items that I have tried have been well above my expectations. Since Im not a big breakfast eater, the Simply Fit Snack bars come in handy at work for a quick breakfast. My favorite is Chocolate Caramel Coconut, and they hold me over until lunch. The crackers are awesome as well.
I could go on and on, but you will find out soon enough what your favorites are. It seems rather odd, but now I am giving these soaps and lotions as gifts. This years socking stuffers for Christmas will be great products from Meleluca. And the best yet is that my Meleluca has cut my Sam’s list in half. Now all those items come directly to my door.
