Several years ago,Hillary Clinton made the statement that it takes a village. She was correct. Over the past several administrations, we’ve seen these governments, city, county, state, and federal for what they really are. Corporations hell bent on destroying America. Even the So called Supreme Court has shown that it is no longer is a protector of citizens constitutional rights.
Surveillance cameras, seizing personal & and private property, taking the country to war under false pretenses, gun running here and abroad, creating agencies to fight crime while creating the crime in the first place, ie, the war on drugs. We saw the criminal activities of this government at Ruby Ridge,Waco, the false flag of the Murrah building, the killing of innocent men women and children , to create fear in the American people. 911, the evidence is clear. Claiming to own and control land they have no rights to. Attempting to intimidate the American people with snipers, crematoriums, one of the first was built in 81 at the Will Rogers Airport, the burying of thousands mass grave coffins, using the irs to intimidate free speech, and the list goes on and on. In short governments have proven to be inherently corrupt. The one news media that we thought we could trust is uninformed and opines short of historical facts and laws, and then there is the fella Beck. I asked a black booted cop in Oklahoma several years ago, if he thought he was a tough guy, because of his outfit. We’re were at a Texaco station, it pissed him off as he stormed out of the store. The only thing missing was a swastika. So as we cast stones at obama, bear in mind this goes back a long ways.
My mother use to tell me you must always find the good in things. So here it is. The media is becoming
a thing of the past. Most Americans get their news online, in their mail boxes. I suspect most of us watch just to see what the enemy is up to. They are becoming irrelevant because the Village has woken from its long deep sleep.
The Village has woke up. The American people are finally seeing its government for what it really is . A criminal cabal, functioning under a Corporate umbrella. I submit that we Americans in the west are not the only ones that recognize this issue of the corporation of the UNITED STATES. Valadimir Putin and his Defense minister , who refuses to take Sec Hagels;phone calls. Realize that they and the rest of the world , in their dealings with the obama and past administrations . Are not dealing with a constitutional government. They know now that they are dealing with a Corporation, whos officers just have different corporate titles. Another example is eric holder having to cancel a speech because OKIES want him arrested for crimes commited as AG.
In case you missed the hearings: See: Fair Game: Netflix has it:
We get hundreds of emails everyday, from individuals, bloggers, political activists and groups. Every day we see different people showing up in our mail box and on the site itself.
Americans are fed up with politicians that say one thing on the stump , but have no effectiveness after they’re elected. And in fact spend most if not all of their time building monuments to themselves. At the cost of the taxpayers.
However that’s all changing now,. The catalyst, that has surface, Bundy. The Bundy name will go forth in history as the family that woke a sleeping giant. Many came before them , but thanks to internet , and the criminal senate majority leader. We’ve had enough. Americans will stand with the Bundys;
and anyone else that is threatened by this out of control Corporation. The issue in Texas/Oklahoma if pursued by the Blm; will drive thousands to the site to defend private property. It had to happen, time is now, we have to go through this period and we will.Sooner or later, Governors across this land will sluff off their states ties and relationship with the Corporation of the United States. They will be forced to, and they themselves will be forced to function as a Government driven by their state Constitutions rather than a corporate charter. Therego counties and cities as well.
Governments are headed for a slap down, they’re gonna be grabbed by the hair and shook till their brains swell and explode. 🙂
Thank you Cliven and your entire family, for standing up for truth and American principals. You are certainly no racist. You are a true American Family.
As for Hannitys comments the other night: Attempting to be Political Correct can bite ya. He let his ass over load his mouth.
Now for something to bite down on : Suggest you send this to everyone you know! that owns real property.
Pollard’s Lessee v. Hagan
44 U.S. (3 How.) 212 (1845)
The Spanish granted Hagan some submerged land covered by tidal waters (aka a swamp) in what is now Alabama, but at the time was part of Georgia. Georgia recognized Hagan’s claim in 1795.
Alabama was carved out of land initially claimed by Georgia, but ceded to the Federal government in 1802.
The deal between Georgia and the Federal government was that the Federal government would take the land in trust in order to sell off parcels of it to settlers, which would eventually become new States.
In 1836, the Federal government was selling off land in what was now Alabama, and sold the submerged land to Pollard.
Historically, when the US acquired new territory that wasn’t originally claimed by the original 13 States (like the acquisition of the Louisiana Purchase), the general process was that all of the land was considered the property of the Federal government, and they would divvy it up and sell it off to private individuals.
Hagan sued, arguing that the Federal government had no right to sell the land.
Hagan argued that, based on Martin v. Waddell’s Lessee (41 U.S. (16 Pet.) 367 (1842)), all submerged land that is in Alabama is owned by Alabama, not the Federal government.
In the case of Martin the US Supreme Court found that submerged lands under navigable waters in the original 13 States was the property of the States, as opposed to the Federal government.
The basic idea behind the Martin decision was that the States control their waterways (for navigation and riparian rights), and that the Constitution didn’t give the Federal government the right to take those valuable resources away.
FYI, this only applies to waters that were navigable at the time of Statehood. Sometimes it’s a factual question whether the waters were navigable.
Pollard argued that this didn’t apply because Alabama wasn’t one of the original 13 States.
The Trial Court found for Hagan. Pollard appealed.
The Trial Court found that since the land was underwater when Alabama became a State in 1819, the US had no authority to grant title to Pollard.
The Alabama Supreme Court affirmed. Pollard appealed.
The US Supreme Court affirmed.
The US Supreme Court noted that based on Martin, submerged land in the original 13 States always belonged to the States.
The Court found that when Alabama became a State it was admitted on an equal footing as the original 13 States.
Therefore, all the submerged land in Alabama was automatically owned by the State of Alabama, and was not owned by the Federal government.
The Court found that since the Federal government never owned the land, they did not have the right to sell it to Pollard.
This case defined the Equal Footing Doctrine.
The Equal Footing Doctrine says that all new States get the same set of rights as the original 13 States received.
This case limited the rights to States carved from land originally claimed by the 13 original States, but has since been expanded to apply to all States
Make a note Harry and your BLM puppets!
