Our discussion revolved around a silly article recently published on the Cosmo website headlined “9 Reason’s Constitutional Originalism is Bullsh*t, and my response to it titled, Nine Reasons the “Living, Breathing” Constitution View Is a Lie.
We covered a lot of ground in the interview, as I explained what originialism really means and why it’s important. We also talked more generally about the the danger of turning to the federal government to protect your rights and the pitfalls of political centralization.
