Is the United States a Corporation? Setting the record straight. Ubdated see Link!!!

Over the past six years since we started the Arizona Sentinel.  We’ve put many issues out there that were issues that we our selves had questions about.  Up and until now , we’ve never had to walk back a position. But our time may have come.  You see once we discovered that our Cities , Counties and States were incorporated, and had EIN numbers, the assumption was that our federal government was also incorporated , it only seemed logical.  Having said that , we know where assuming will get you. “It will make an ass out of you and me”.

Well maybe its my turn, although once we started down that road , we received tons of emails confirming our belief.  But if the information I received this morning is correct. And I have no reason to suspect otherwise. WE WERE WRONG!  Hmmm? Maybe, Check the link: http://americannationalmilitia.com/2012/07/the-organic-act-of-1871-with-notes/  Then go to, USC,Title 28,Part VI,Chapter 176,sup-3002,15a For the Definition of the United States.   We are going to post both of these on our Constitutional Resource Site: here are the links:http://theconstitutionalresourcecenter.com/definitions-28-usc-sec-3002-is-the-federal-government-a-corporation-see-p15/

However, having said this, we believe  that the district of Columbia and the Federal Government are out of control. Beyond repair and will die on the vine.  We can not as a country allow a failed federal government to destroy our country.  Therefore , we believe even a stronger case can be made for un- incorporating our States and Counties, which would de-link our Fifty Nation States from the ie:mandates from the district. We believe that we must do everything to restore America, re institute the original  National Constitution, the Bill of Rights , and the Declaration of Independence of all 50 states.  The November election could ,by getting rid of Obama, slow down the decline of America. But in four years, maybe eight, the leadership will change again, and down the drain we will go.

A friend of ours in Florida,  we’ll call her Sally , because that’s her name.  Had the foresight to write to the librarian at the Library of Congress and asked the question.  What was the legislation that created the UNITED STATES CORPORATION?

It was our understanding and the understanding of many around the country that the Organic Act for the District of Columbia, a law which Congress passed in 1871 for the creation of a territorial government for the District of Columbia created such a corporation.  This is the law of February 21, 1871, Ch 62, volume 16 United States Statutes at Large (STAT.) pages 419 to 429. You can find the law on the Library of Congress’ A Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation website at:

Then in 1874, due to concerns about the misuse of public funds by the District’s territorial government, Congress repealed the 1871 law and replaced the territorial government with a government headed by three commissioners.  This structure remained in effect until the District was granted Home Rule in 1973.  Source the LOC , Librarian.

Well , we’ve some studying to do .  I took American history in high school, and when I read this response , I seemed to recall something about these commissioners that ran the territorial government.

Note: The incorporated/unincorporated distinction had two consequences. First, unincorporated territories were not considered to be on a path to statehood. Second, in legislating for incorporated territories, Congress was bound by all constitutional provisions not obviously inapplicable, but in the unincorporated territories, Congress was bound to observe only the “fundamental” guarantees of the Constitution. Neither the Court nor Congress attempted to specify precisely what these fundamental guarantees included. Later, the Supreme Court decided that such guarantees as the right to a trial by jury and an indictment by grand jury were not among these fundamental rights, but most provisions of the Bill of Rights were held applicable.

The Arizona Sentinel

In an interview a few years ago, while running for Governor, Bruce Olsen said, "We are running out of time. I’m convinced I can work with other governors to save our Republic. I have a plan, should our country fall apart. We must be prepared. It’s important that our people become debt free. I am also hoping to change the way we title property. We must see to it that Americans actually own what they pay for. One more thing. We must learn that the individuals that our media promotes for elected office, are the ones we must run from." Bruce Olsen lives in Arizona and shares from The Arizona Sentinel. His main site went down in 2016 and this link contains some of his earlier work. You can still see some of his more recent work via Constitutional Liberty Coalition.
