It takes a disaster!!! The Cost of being Reactive vs Proactive, The loss of over 1.5 million acres of timber and thousands of jobs since 2002.

Over the past 9 years that Im aware of .  Many Arizonans have been warning elected officials in county and state positions, that its forest were in a state of desperation.  In 2002 when the Rodeo Chediski fire, consumed 500 thousand acres, affected Arizonans were shown without any doubt , the true agenda, levied by the environmentalist ,  and federal agencies.  In short they wanted the forest to burn.  Many of us tried with no avail to convince that the locally elected to stand up and take back from the failed Forest Service , the management and jurisdictional control over the millions of acres of forest land.

At the end of the day, it has taken another disaster to convince communities that if they continue to sit on their hands, states that have forest lands are going to lose them. Not to mention those that live in those communities will see them either destroyed or their economies diminish to levels that will cause those communities to dry up and blow away.  Note:  This is exactly the mission of the environmentalist and these federal agencies. You see there is money in fire.  Every year since the Rodeo Chediski the U.S. Forest Service has gone to Congress for a Supplemental.  This happens anytime  3-6  months prior to the end of the agencies fiscal year.   The only public mission of the U.S. Forest Service today is fighting fires. So it only makes sense that they would do everything they can to prevent the activities , such as logging and grazing, resulting in a healthy and productive forest.  In other words if it were not for fires, the federal government would have no logical reason to maintain the welfare agency otherwise known as the Forest Service.

This past summer , Arizona /New Mexico lost 900 thousand acres to a fire that was predicted by many over the past 9 years.  The good news is that we now have Counties and their elected that are finally stepping up to the plate and reclaiming their constitutional authorities.  They are and have put the federal government on notice, that they’ve had enough .  County commissioners and County Sheriffs are being elected that realize that if they don’t act, their counties and communities will wither away and die.

We’ve recently reported on the actions of Otero County New Mexico, (can be found at this link: http://thearizonasentinel.com/2011/09/16/otero-county-commission-and-the-county-sheriff-step-up-and-reclaim-their-constitutional-authority-over-their-county-lands/ ).        On  18th of October 2011, the Apache Arizona County Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution attached  below just click and read.   If you as a citizen of this country , recognize the problems we’ve been outlining for the past 9 years. We suggest that you take the resolutions that have been passed by Apache County Arizona, Otero County New Mexico , copy them and put them in front of your county elected and demand that they step up and reclaim the authority over their respective land. They must remove these egregious federal agencies and the agendas that are destroying communities all over the country.

In an interview a few years ago, while running for Governor, Bruce Olsen said, "We are running out of time. I’m convinced I can work with other governors to save our Republic. I have a plan, should our country fall apart. We must be prepared. It’s important that our people become debt free. I am also hoping to change the way we title property. We must see to it that Americans actually own what they pay for. One more thing. We must learn that the individuals that our media promotes for elected office, are the ones we must run from." Bruce Olsen lives in Arizona and shares from The Arizona Sentinel. His main site went down in 2016 and this link contains some of his earlier work.
