“The US military and intelligence agencies have long preferred the Blackberry due to security concerns and had worried that Apple, Android and other smart phones lacked sufficient safeguards. The Canadian firm RIM has struggled to compete against the iPhone and devices that use Google’s Android system. Nebraska Proposed Amendment No. 2’s purported purpose is to ensure the preservation of Nebraskans’ rights to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. Sponsoring State Senator Pete Pirsch, in responding to questions from skeptical colleagues in the Nebraska Unicameral during floor debate and in interviews with local media, has explained that the measure is needed due to potential future threats to these rights from “deep-pocketed, fringe organizations” which have been increasing their efforts to limit such activities in other states. more

Obama’s future, to be tried for treason!

Is it treason when you put your own reelection above the good of your country and the lives of its citizens? If so, Barack Obama committed treason in leaving the four Americans to die in Benghazi.
The UCMJ, clearly states that the military or members thereof , are not required to obey an unlawful order , regardless of where it comes from. The order to stand down was clearly a unlawful , in fact a treasonous order.
