The Border War, Obama Lies, This from a friend on the border. Pay attention America, because these illegals once they make it to Phoenix, many then head for your communities and the house next door. We spend billions to secure the Iraq borders, but leave our own wide open.

Greetings –
Days after Obama’s first trip as President to the U.S.-Mexico border – and his now infamous ‘moats and alligators’ fundraiser speech in El Paso Texas – the New York Times published an op-ed by Cochise County (Arizona) Sheriff Larry Dever about border security. Later that Friday evening, the local ABC affiliate, KGUN 9 in Tucson, ran a story on this NYT op-ed, along with excerpts from their Dever interview relating to it. KGUN also posted an online poll asking if people agreed with the Dever letter. The current tally in this poll is ~85% in favor of Dever and his position.

The back-story:

After decades of federal government refusal to actually enforce national immigration law, and after arguably the most horrific 12 months of murder and mayhem involving Mexican cartels in the history of our nation, on May 25, 2010, Barack Hussein Obama, the ACLU, Eric Holder and a host of their lawyers officially announced they had chosen sides.

Not surprisingly, the side they chose was not only against the will of legal voters of Arizona, but against virtually all of the informed legal citizenry in America. Upon this decision, the Administration begin immediately pouring millions of tax dollars and thousands of man-hours (that would have been much better spent on border protection…) into preventing law enforcement agencies in Arizona from doing their sworn duty to protect its citizens, following voter-mandated legislation specifically requiring them to do so.

This fight, revolving around the rights of States to defend themselves within the bounds of existing law and common practice, is now bound for the U.S. Supreme Court because the famously ultra-liberal 9th Circuit Court recently ruled against the Arizona law.

For those of you who may be interested in becoming more proactively involved with this issue, you may easily do so through the Border Sheriffs Legal Defense Fund. This fund was created solely as a vehicle to secure tax-deductable donations to respond to these lawsuits that are preventing local law enforcement agencies from protecting Arizona – and by extension, the rest of this country – against the flood of illegal cross-border activity.

This fund will be the primary funding source for this high court battle (much of the defense team’s time is pro-bono…) and this cause. Donations of even the smallest amounts are desperately needed and very welcomed. You can also contact/donate to: Larry Dever Sheriff, Cochise County & The Legacy Foundation via mail at 400 Locust Street, Suite 330 – Des Moines, IA 50309.

Also, please consider pausing for a moment to deliberate upon who you know that may also be interested in this information…
Later…

In an interview a few years ago, while running for Governor, Bruce Olsen said, "We are running out of time. I’m convinced I can work with other governors to save our Republic. I have a plan, should our country fall apart. We must be prepared. It’s important that our people become debt free. I am also hoping to change the way we title property. We must see to it that Americans actually own what they pay for. One more thing. We must learn that the individuals that our media promotes for elected office, are the ones we must run from." Bruce Olsen lives in Arizona and shares from The Arizona Sentinel. His main site went down in 2016 and this link contains some of his earlier work.
