TAS: The Right of Citizens of the several States to hold Title in Allodium

TAS: The Right of Citizens of the several States to hold Title in Allodium -- what the Corp Governments do not want you to know... The Supreme Court and Lower Courts Affirm That Americans are Sovereign Citizens.  To fully comprehend the expanse of the unalienable Rights possessed by Americans at the close of the Revolution it is only necessary to examine early court decisions. Chisholm v. Georgia 2 U.S. 419, 2 Dall.419,1 L.ED.440 (1793) “At the Revolution, the Sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the Sovereigns of the country but they are Sovereigns without subjects…” Afroyim V Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 (1967) “In the United States the people are sovereign , and the government cannot sever its relationship to the people by taking away their citizenship.” Lansing V Smith, 4 Wendell9, N.Y. (1829) “The people of the state, as the successors of its former sovereign are entitled to the rights which formerly belonged to the king by his own prerogative.” People v.Herkimer, 4 Cowen 345,348 N.Y. Tombstone Arizona, and the federal agencies short memory. The only way to stop them is to terminate the agency.

The only way we are going to end the continuous attempt to remove man from the lands in the West. Is to permanently end the agencies them selves. The Department of Ag, Department of Interior and the so called U.S Forest service. Once you've studied the historical agenda , that put the forest service in existence in the first place you then realize , it was two fold. One it was a government welfare employment agency, and a unit to save the natural resources for the east coast bankers, once those same resources dried up in the east.

Arbor Day’s J. Sterling Morton: We Don’t Know Him

Some men, long dead, are famous for what they DIDN’T do. For example, George Washington almost certainly didn’t chop down a cherry tree and later confess because, as he is reputed to have told his father, he “could not tell a lie.”1 Similarly, there is reason to believe that Benjamin Franklin did not actually fly… more

Oklahoma: Preliminary Returns Indicate that Fiscal Sanity has Reigned In Bartlesville BISD Spending — For Now!

Fiscal sanity reigns in Bartlesville -- both bonds failed to achieve 60% margin to 'pass'; there is still much work to be done to get our house in order so that all levels of government learn to live within their means. The school board needs to make some operational changes and listen to the people or they will need to be replaced in the days ahead.

So We Had A Resolution, Huh? Hmm. How IS That State Sovereignty Thing Workin’ Out For Us?

Nebraska was one of only fourteen states to see the successful passage of a State Sovereignty Resolution in the two year period 2009 – 2010, while well over thirty states had resolutions. In other words, the passage of the Nebraska resolution on April 13, 20101 , was no small thing. It took an organized effort… more

Is President Obama Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?

I’ve received some feedback on the most recent article published here “TransCanada Trojan Horse: Keystone XL Pipeline Will Increase Gas Prices“. That feedback confirms my earlier concerns about the use of environmentalist rhetoric in the pipeline project debate. That feedback also confirms that anyone else interested in running for Miss Popularity in the state need… more

TransCanada Trojan Horse: Keystone XL Pipeline Will Increase Gas Prices

As we’ve noted here, more than once, our primary interest in the Keystone XL pipeline project was the conduct of Nebraska’s elected officials at both the state and federal levels, and serious concerns about property rights. We did not have an overall position on the project and we did not recommend any particular action. Our… more

OccupyLincoln: The 99 Percent, The Proletariat OR The Incoherent?

So Lincoln, Nebraska has a growing tent Shanty Town, occupied by a band of intentionally helpless Lincolnites. Ironically, Shanty Town Lincoln is located squarely on one of the best spots in the City to serve as a symbol of that city government’s, and therefore, elected officials’ and bureaucrats’ mismanagement of taxpayer dollars for a very… more
