Interview: Standing up to the Feds

Recently, I was interviewed by Jimmy Dore of the TYT Network, who was filling in as a guest host for Jesse Ventura on The World According to Jesse. It aired last Saturday on RT.

The conversation was primarily about nullification and state action to undermine and defeat federal programs, with marijuana being the most prominent issue. I also discussed James Madison in Federalist 46, federal approaches to push back, a number of court cases, the anti-commandeering doctrine, and the Michigan 4th Amendment Protection Act, signed as law last month.

“When enough people say NO to Washington DC, and enough states pass laws backing them up – there’s not much the feds can do to force their laws down our throats.”
