Ten years ago, I was introduced to the issue of Jurisdiction. After the disastrous fire we experienced just two weeks after moving to Arizona. Having lived through it and watching the incompetence displayed by the federal agencies , that moved in and took over.
We were hollering about this 20 years ago.. They finally wake up after the damage is done.
