Minnesota Bill Would Ban State Enforcement of Federal Vaccine Mandates

Under the proposed law, no state government entity or its subdivisions would have the authority to enforce or attempt to enforce any vaccine passport, pass, or credential in the state, whether by a federal act, law, executive order, administrative order, court order, rule, regulation, statute, or ordinance.

Signed by the Governor: New Hampshire Prohibits State Enforcement of Federal Vaccine Mandates

HB1455 prohibits state or local enforcement or any collaboration with the enforcement of "any federal law, order, or rule that effectively requires any person as a condition of his or her employment, or as a condition of any other activity, to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or any variant thereof, or to submit more than once per month a negative test for COVID-19 or any variant thereof."
