The Liberty Bell & Law Memorial will be at this event May 28, 2012 at 10 AM at Bluebonnet Cemetery (5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034).

Mission Summary: Memorial Day Program. In conjunction with American Legion Post 379 and other government entities, the PGR has been requested to participate in the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Day Program. We will also be honoring one of our own, David Hall, as he is inducted into the American Legion Hall of Fame.
PART 1: Memorial Day Program

Details Of Part 1: We will establish a flag line, still to be determined, at the Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery. The PGR will be securing the area in preparation for receiving approximately 300 to 400 civilians and honored guests. As part of the ceremony, the PGR has been asked to have a procession around the perimeter just prior to the beginning of the program and then to be part of the opening ceremony. The program will commence at 10:00 am and should conclude at 11:30 am.

Comments: – Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated. 

– Safety First: Please remember to properly hydrate (including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time. Also please do not forget your sun screen.

– Cemeteries are hallowed ground. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Show our respect to ALL who are there, not just the one we are honoring.

An empty flag draped coffin, in remembrance of all fallen heroes, will be positioned next to the stage as part of the ceremony. In addition, David Hall will be inducted into the American Legion Hall of Fame. Mrs. Phyllis Hall and the traveling Memorial Bell will also be in attendance.
