You Decide: Let us be clear, we are not promoting any individual. But we are determined to see America return to a Republic form of Government, Democracy is not working. We now know , without any question , why President Jack Kennedy was killed. County by County we can take our country back. It has to start at the County level. Including our County Sheriffs. Leaders of groups and movements come and go. But the Restoration of our Republic will move forward ,until we succeed. The threat to private property is laid out in the video above. We’ve been promoting the Land Patent/Allodial title for years. We’ve looked into the organization known as ” RuSA”. We’re not promoting that organization. What we are promoting is simple and straight forward. In order to de link the states and counties from the mandates of the federal government, and return them to solvency, we must Un Incorporate both. Our Counties Cities and States are bankrupt for one simple reason. Bribes with mandates attached. We must demand that the leadership of our states , stand up and declare that each one of these states are Sovereign Nation States. Many say that these states and counties are not corporations. Then why is it that many are listed on Dunn and Bradstreet as Corps???
Our position is clear. If you own private property, you have the Constitutional and Statutory authority to own that property in Allodial. Owning property is a right, not a privilege if you are a citizen of the state. Therefore it can not be taxed or used as collateral for county, city,state,federal debts.

If the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. Then States , Governors must make it clear, that any treaty,executive order, memorandum of understanding , that violates the Constitution is null and void. Lets look a prime example. If a captain in the Army gives a private an order that violates the UCMJ or the Constitution. That private is obligated under his oath to respectfully disobey that command.
This is the condition as a Nation of Sovereign States that we find ourselves. We are a nation of laws not of men. Obama, puts his pants on just like the rest of us. He is not only not a king, he’s not legitimate. We’ve wasted 12 years of America’s future. Let’s not waste any more of it.
Maybe some of you have noticed, but most have not. Arizona has removed the word Corporation from their seal. Why?

There is no question that public pressure prevented Clinton from signing the U.N. Gun Ban Treaty, if what we’re told is true. But rest assured that if obama wins in November, they will go for it during the lame duck session. We can not allow obama another illegitimate term in the White House.
