Primaries are about selecting the best candidate to represent our party in the general election. This cycle in Oklahoma, the choice for our endorsement for the Governor’s race was crystal clear. There has been consensus among us for months that Randy Brogdon is the man to lead the state ticket in November. It will depend on grassroots people making sure that the best person actually wins this election in order to be able to prevail in November as well. Will Republicans prevail if they fail to select men and women of principle in the primary?
One or Brogdon’s key volunteers, Darren Gantz said recently about Randy Brogdon, “Principled, Constitutionalist, Patriot. Cut the strings and let Oklahoma govern Oklahoma! The feds have no authority to tell the state how to spend the money, violates the tenth amendment! Only one candidate will keep us safe under the 10th Amendment! July 27th.”
Speaking for OK R3publicans, Sandra Crosnoe said, “Some people in our party think that you must choose the most electable candidate rather than the most principled or the most conservative candidate. In this particular case it appears to be all three qualities for the price of one.” She added, “The Reagan revolution continues with this conservative electable man of principle ready to lead Oklahoma to fiscal constitutional government for one and all.”

Oklahoma R3publicans participate with other groups in Oklahoma to provide timely information via OKgrassroots online. Oklahoma R3publicans are working to restore the republic in the Republican party in Oklahoma. Our state is one of the “reddest” in the nation and we are pleased to be a part of that dynamic. R3s are grassroots, philosophically constitutional people of principle actively working to inspire Republicans to positive action. We believe that powers not expressly delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states and to the people. Our efforts across Oklahoma are focused on limited constitutional government.
For the Win in 2010 Series Note: This is fifth in a series of endorsements to be released by Oklahoma R3s. It is worth noting that many people working to restore the republic have been involved in all phases of the primary season and are working hard to elect people with constitutional limited government principles, so in one sense this is a formal way of letting everyone know who we have been helping and working with this season.
