Arizona House Passes Bill to Expand Ban on State Enforcement of Federal Gun Control

HB2394 would add language to include “any tax, levy, fee or stamp imposed on firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition not common to all other goods and services and that might reasonably be expected to create a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of those items by law-abiding citizens” to that prohibition.

Iowa Subcommittee Passes Bill to Ban Enforcement of Federal Gun Control; Past, Present and Future

The legislation would ban any person, including any public officer or employee of the state and its political subdivisions, from enforcing any past, present or future federal “acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules, or regulations” that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.

Montana vs ATF: No Enforcement of Pistol Brace Rule

Thankfully, we don’t have to wait on one part of the federal government to tell another part of the federal government to stop doing what the federal government shouldn’t have been doing in the first place. Nebraska Committee Holds Hearing on Bill to Ban State Enforcement of Most Federal Gun Control

The proposed law would also bar any Nebraska government entity from utilizing assets, state funds, or funds allocated by the state to engage in any activity that aids a federal agency, federal agent, or corporation providing services to the federal government in the enforcement of the same.

Arizona, Missouri and Montana prohibit state and local law enforcement from helping the feds enforce various gun control measures, including the new “frame or receiver rule” going after so-called “ghost guns.” This sets a strong foundation for the people in those states to nullify the unconstitutional federal gun control measure in practice and effect.

Ratified on Dec. 15, 1791, the Bill of Rights has been absolutely trashed for generations. Although many people will sing its praises - for just this one day of the year - “Bill of Rights Day” should really be a day of mourning - recognizing what the people have given up, and lost.
