Paul opens his epistle by identifying himself as an apostle of Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for the sins of all mankind and was raised from the dead by God the Father to deliver them from this present evil age. Paul and the brethren with him ask for His grace and peace to be on the churches of Galatia. Topics include circumcision, works of the flesh, fruits of the Spirit, and bearing one another’s burdens.
